The present Application under Rule 6 & 9 of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959 read with Section 151 CPC has been filed by the Applicant- Sh. Anand Krishna Johri, Ex-Promoter/ Director of the M/S Cyberspace Ltd. for correction of the typographical error in the Order dated 03.12.2024.

It is submitted that name of the Company in liquidation is M/S Cyberspace Ltd. while it has been mentioned as M/S Cyberspace (India) Ltd. in Paragraph-1 of the impugned Order. It is also submitted that in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 23/12/2024 at 12:06:23

Paragraph-2 of the impugned Order be also clarified that Sh. Anand Krishna Johri is the Ex-Promoter/ Director of the M/S Cyberspace Ltd., who has paid the balance amount of Rs.1,59,861.09 to the Official Liquidator.

It is directed that in Paragraph-1 of Order dated 03.12.2024, the name of the Company in liquidation shall be read as M/S Cyberspace Ltd. and in Paragraph-2, it shall be read that Sh. Anand Krishna Johri is the Ex-Promoter/ Director of the M/S Cyberspace Ltd., who has paid the balance amount of Rs.1,59,861.09 to the Official Liquidator. 4.

With aforesaid, the present Application is accordingly disposed of.
