1. The present appeal seeks to assail orders dated 21.08.2024 and 07.01.2025 passed in the Execution Petition 03/2018.

2. After some arguments, learned senior counsel for the appellant submits that since both the orders have been impugned by way of the present appeal and that too without moving any application seeking condonation of delay in filing the appeal qua the order dated 21.08.2024, he may be granted leave to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to file two separate appeals to assail the aforesaid two orders separately.

3. The appeal is, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
