The State has verified the factum of marriage of petitioner's real daughter to be solemnized on 23.02.2018. Vide order dated 19.01.2018, the petitioner has already been granted interim bail. 3.

In the interest of justice and to enable the petitioner to participate in the marriage of his daughter, the interim bail granted vide order dated 19.01.2018 is extended till 25.02.2018 on the same BAIL APPLN. 85/2018

terms and conditions. After completion of the bail period, the petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent. 4.
