This Application has been filed by the Judgment Debtor/Union of India seeking extension of time for compliance of the Order dated 09.02.2026.

Vide Order dated 09.02.2026, this Court had directed the Judgment Debtor/Union of India to pay a sum of Rs.20,39,686/- to the Decree Holder within three weeks from that date. The three weeks' time expired on 02.03.2026. Four more weeks have passed after 02.03.2026 and the Judgment Debtor/Union of India has not been able to comply with the Order dated 09.02.2026.

The Judgment Debtor/Union of India is directed to pay Rs.20,39,686/- to the Decree Holder on or before 20.04.2026, failing which the concerned The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
