After some hearing, the petitioner present in Court along with his counsel undertakes to handover the vacant and peaceful possession of quarter No.5C, Court Road, Civil Lines, Delhi-110054 to the competent authority on or before 30th June, 2018. The undertaking of the petitioner is hereby accepted.

With respect to the claim of penal rent, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall raise all his contentions before the Estate Officer.

This writ petition and the application are disposed of in terms of the undertaking of the petitioner.

This Court appreciates the assistance rendered by learned counsels for

the parties in this matter.
