By way of the present petition filed under Section 29(A)(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks extension of the mandate of Arbitral Tribunal for another period of four months, with effect from 06.02.2025, for concluding the Arbitral proceedings and passing of the Award.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal expired on 05.02.2025. It is further submitted that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal has been extended from time to time, lastly vide order dated 06.11.2024.

Learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and submits that the respondent has no objection to the prayer made in the petition. 5.
