Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition as the grievances ventilated in the petition stand satisfied including the fact that two accused Anil and Anoop have since been arrested and Nisha and Nitesh have been bound down. Charge sheet is stated to have been filed.

Learned ASC appearing on behalf of the State submits that Nitesh and Nisha were bound down and the messages placed on record by the Petitioner indicating their arrest are only because these are auto generated messages from Crime and Criminal Tracking Network System (CCTNS), which is a system that generates such a message even where the accused are bound down.

Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn taking this stand of the State on record. Liberty is sought and granted to the Petitioner to take recourse to the appropriate remedies before the Trial Court in accordance with law. Pending application also stands disposed of.
