The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with the following prayer: "a) Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Respondents to extend the cut-off date for submission of Provisional Degree Certificates (PDC) for candidates from Rajasthan University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences (RAJUVAS) and allow the Petitioners to retain their initial allotments The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

made as on 15.01.2025; and/or b) Direct the Respondents to accept the Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC) of the Petitioners issued on 28.01.2025 for the purpose of admission to the Master's programs for the academic year 2024-2025; and/or c) pass such other or further orders or such directions as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and Proper in the facts and circumstances of the case and to meet the ends of justice." 4.

Mr. Arnav Mittal, learned counsel on behalf of respondent No.1 has accepted the notice.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3 has accepted the notice.

It is pertinent to mention that regarding the same issues W.P. (C) 1252/2025, W.P. (C) 773/2025 and W.P. (C) 901/2025 were taken up for hearing on 04.02.2025. On that date, Dr. S.R. Sharma, Controller of Examination had submitted that the last round of counselling i.e., MOP UP Round is set to begin on 08.02.2025. It was further submitted that if the petitioners have their PDCs they will be allowed to appear in the MOP UP Round and will be allocated seats in terms of their seniority, eligibility and the number of seats available. 8.

In the present case, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners have their PDCs. In terms of the statement made by Dr. S.R. Sharma, Controller of Examination, let the petitioner be allowed to appear in the MOP UP Round and be allocated seats in terms of seniority, eligibility and the number of seats available. 9.
