By virtue of the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C), the petitioners seek quashing of FIR No.481/2025 dated 02.07.2025 registered under Sections 420/468/471/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC) at PS.: Narela, Delhi, and all proceedings emanating therefrom.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file the same afresh, particularly, alongwith a duly executed memorandum of understanding (MOU) inter se the parties.
