For the aforesaid reasons, the order dated 06.02.2025, is modified to the extent that paragraph 2 thereof will be read as follows:- "2.

The petitioner was appointed to the post of Lecturer (Mathematics) at respondent No. 4 - Bhagini Nivedita College, which is affiliated to respondent No. 3- Delhi University. She was promoted to the post of Assistant Professor and Associate Professor on the date i.e. 11.10.2020. She seeks the relief of payment of arrears of pay, accruing to her upon promotion as aforesaid." 4.

The application is disposed of with these directions.
