The entire writ petition is replete with pleadings that the action of the Respondents is in violation of the judgment dated 19.03.2024 of the Full Bench of this Court in a batch of writ petitions including W.P.(C.) No. 6338/2023 titled P.K. Dash Advocate v. Saket Bar Association and Ors. However, on a pointed query, learned counsel for the Petitioner fairly concedes that the judgment in P.K. Dash Advocate (supra) neither deals with the question of eligibility nor the date of reckoning the eligibility.
