The status report is handed over in the Court and is taken on record.

On perusal of the status report, it is evident that the petitioner was not in possession of the subject property in which the MCD alleged that the seal put by them was tempered. 3.

The police after inquiry found that the property was occupied by the builder/subsequent purchaser of the property. 4.

The Investigating Officer is present in the Court and states that an appropriate status report be filed before the learned Trial Court within a period of four weeks.

Considering the above no orders are required to be passed at this stage.
