The present application under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (hereafter „BNSS‟) has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, seeking the following prayer:

"a. Direct Respondent no. 1 to 3 to Quash the complaint no. 01-c dated 22.01.2025 to the office of assistant commissioner of police, CAW Cell/South-West District, Delhi against the petitioners made on behalf of the respondent no. 4;" 2.

complaint qua the present case, which is pending in CAW Cell/South-West District, will be transferred to CAW Cell/ North-West District, wherein the other complaint is also pending by the same complainant. 3.

Considering the same, the relief as prayed for, stands satisfied. 4.

It is further stated that both the parties agree to make an endeavour to amicably settle the matter. They further request that the matter be referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (Samadhan) (hereafter „Mediation Centre‟) for mediation.

Accordingly, both the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 11.02.2025 and try to sincerely settle all the disputes between them.

With the above terms, the present writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
