The present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers:- "a. Set aside the impugned order dated 28.01.2026 in HMA No. 2645/2024 passed by Ld. Family Judge, North West, Family Court, Rohini Courts, Delhi, in the interest of justice and equity. b. Direct the Ld. Family Court, North West, Rohini Courts, Delhi, to take on record the written statement annexed herewith in the interest of justice and equity.
c. Pass any such other/further order(s) as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present petition." 3.
Learned counsel enters appearance on behalf of the respondent. 4.
