W.P.(C) 324/2018 The challenge in this petition is primarily is to a show cause notice issued on November 28, 2017. Mr. Gaurang Kanth, learned counsel appearing for the respondent states, a sealing order dated December 20, 2017 has been passed in compliance of the direction of the Supreme Court of India in the case of M.C. Mehta vs. Union of India & Others. He has handed over a copy of the same to the learned counsel for the petitioner, who states that she would seek appropriate remedy against the said order,

and wishes to withdraw the writ petition.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
