Since in connected matter being ARB.P. 524/2024, learned Arbitrator has been appointed arising from the Lease Deed dated 26.07.2023, I am inclined to refer the present petition to the learned Arbitrator so appointed.

The learned Arbitrator shall treat the present petition as a petition filed under section 17 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

Interim order dated 07.02.2025 shall continue till the same is varied, modified or vacated by the learned Arbitrator. 4.

The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
