% 12.02.2025 I.A. No. 3676/2025 (Application on behalf of the plaintiffs seeking directions) 1.

The present application has been filed under Section 151 read with Section 152 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ("CPC") seeking directions from this Court to add the names of the counsels for the plaintiffs in the order sheet dated 07th February, 2025. 2.

It is submitted that inadvertently the name of one of the counsels for the plaintiffs who had worked on this matter i.e., Advocate Rohil Bansal, has inadvertently been missed from the list of counsels who appeared on The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, it is directed that the appearance in the order dated 07th February, 2025, shall be read to include the appearances on behalf of plaintiff, as aforesaid. 5.

Noting the aforesaid, the present application is allowed and accordingly disposed of.

Pursuant to the judgment dated 07th February, 2025, affidavit of undertaking has been filed on behalf of defendant nos. 1 and 2, relevant portions of which, read as under:

2. That I undertake not to use the name "Ratan Tata," "Tata Trusts", or any other mark, logo, or emblem associated with or deceptively similar to the plaintiffs in any manner, including but not limited to hosting awards, events, publications, or promotional activities. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

3. That I have cancelled the event titled "Ratan Tata National Icon Award, 2025" and shall ensure that no such awards or similar events is conducted by the Defendant No. 1 & 2 in the future using the plaintiffs' name, mark, logo, or any related intellectual property.

4. That I further undertake to remove any promotional materials, digital or physical, which bear the name "Ratan Tata," "Tata Trusts," or any associated marks, and shall not use or circulate any such material henceforth.

5. That I understand and acknowledge that any breach of this undertaking shall make me liable for contempt of this Hon'ble Court and subject to appropriate legal action as per law. xxx xxx xxx"

Considering the aforesaid undertaking, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
