This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following reliefs:

"a) Hon'ble Court please to pass the order for fair trial / fair investigation to the respondent of the Petitioner's complaint dated 02/06/2020 pending before Respondent through PS- Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi Police .

b) Hon'ble Court please to pass the order to Respondent for fair trial / fair investigation and taking necessary action against various laws Officer/ IO/ SHO of PS- Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi Police who had been making false frivolous report / biased/ contradictory status reports. c) Pass such other and further order this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in the interest of justice."

Status report has been filed by the State. Cr.P.C. which at the time of filing of status report was pending before the Court of learned CMM, Rohini Court, Delhi. It is therefore evident that petitioner has already taken recourse to the appropriate remedy available under law.

There was no appearance on behalf of petitioner on 07.09.2022, 09.02.2023, 20.07.2023 and 19.02.2024. None appears on behalf of the petitioner even today.

It appears, petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition. Accordingly, petition is dismissed for non-prosecution and in default.
