The present petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing the show cause notice bearing no.04-10/jointCP/Lic./EH(FPO-IV), Delhi dated 10.01.2025.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner confines himself to seeking that the said show cause notice be decided expeditiously. Learned counsel for the respondents accedes to the same. 5.

Accordingly, it is directed that the impugned show cause notice shall be decided by the concerned respondent as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a period of three weeks from today. 6.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the said order shall also be subject to an appeal as provided for him under the Delhi Eating Houses Registration Regulations, 2023.

Needless to say, if the petitioner is aggrieved with the order passed by the respondent/s, he shall be at liberty to avail appropriate appellate remedy as provided in the said Regulations.
