Mr. Abhinav Singh, learned Additional Standing Counsel for GNCTD/respondent No.2 submits that since copy of the writ petition was not made available to them, they are in no position to take any decision.

Ms. Tripathi, learned counsel for DDA submits that they already have copy of writ petition and the matter is under active consideration and decision, in terms of the directions contained in order dated 18.11.2024, shall be taken within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

Ms. Majumdar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that copy of writ petition was earlier supplied at the time of advance notice to GNCTD.

However, in order to ensure that there is no further delay in the matter, let scanned copy of writ petition be sent to learned counsel for GNCTD i.e. respondent No.2 herein on his designated personal e-mail ID during course of the day.

The contempt petition is disposed of with fresh direction to both the respondents to decide the representation within a period of two weeks from today.

In case no decision is rendered by the respondents within a period of two weeks to be reckoned from today, the petitioner would be permitted to revive the present contempt petition by moving appropriate application.

It is clarified that no further request for extension of time in this regard shall be entertained from the side of the respondents. 8.

The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
