The present appeal has been filed under Section 10 of the Delhi High Court Act, 1966, seeking setting aside of the Order dated 21.01.2026 passed in I.A. No. 14502 of 2023 in Suit CS(OS) 2552 of 2014 and direct the clubbing of the Suit CS (OS) No.2552 of 2014 and the Test Case No.57 of 2014.
