Petitioners and their learned counsel have joined the proceedings through videoconferencing.

Petitioner no. 1 got married to petitioner no. 2 on 13.02.2023. Since it was inter-religion marriage, they apprehended some threat. 3.

Present petition was moved seeking protection to their respective lives so that they can peacefully live together.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that during last around three years, no untoward incident has happened and petitioners now don't apprehend any threat from any corner whatsoever and, therefore, they are no longer interested in pursuing the present petition.

In view of the above, present petition stands disposed of as not pressed.
