Application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed for modification of the condition of the Applicant not leaving Delhi/NCR without the prior permission of the Court, imposed while granting bail on 27.03.2025. It is submitted that the Applicant is a permanent resident of Uttarakhand and is running his business of Tehri Automobiles since last 30 years from Uttarakhand, as is also noted in the impugned Order. Considering the Applicant is a permanent resident of Uttarakhand, the condition is hereby modified to state that "in case he travels out of India, he shall furnish his itinerary with the address of contact to the Court/IO at least 5 days in advance". 5.
