Application under Section 528 BNSS has been filed for modification of the condition of the Applicant not leaving Delhi/NCR without the prior permission of the Court, imposed while granting bail on 27.03.2025. It is submitted that the Applicant is a permanent resident of Uttarakhand and is running his business of Tehri Automobiles since last 30 years from Uttarakhand, as is also noted in the impugned Order.
