The applicant seeks regular bail in a case arising out of FIR No.314/2024 dated 28.05.2024, registered at PS Dabri for commission of offence under Section 408 IPC.

The applicant was arrested on 09.01.2026 and as per the broad allegations, he and his wife were working as Store Managers in Electronics Showroom of the complainant. They both committed misappropriation, theft of electronics items and prepared various fake invoices, thereby causing loss of Rs.1.79 crores to the complainant company. 3.
The wife of the applicant is already on regular bail. 4.
The matter was passed over as learned counsel for the parties wanted to explore possibility of any amicable solution of the matter. BAIL APPLN. 631/2026 1 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

When the matter was, eventually, taken up after lunch, it was informed that the matter has been amicably settled and the broad terms of the settlement are as under:- 1.
That the Petitioner and his wife Anita Murara have agreed to pay a sum of Rs. 60,00,000/- (Rupees Sixty Lacs) to the Vardhman Electronics Pvt. Ltd within a period of six months as a full and final settlement for all amicable settlement of all the disputes pending between the parties. The payment terms will be as follows:- a.
A sum of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs) will be paid by the Petitioner to the Vardhman Electronics Pvt. Ltd within one week from the recording of the present compromise between the parties.
b.
Within five weeks from the recording of the present compromise another sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lacs) will be paid by the Petitioner to the Vardhman Electronics Pvt. Ltd . c.
After Vardhman Electronics Pvt. Ltd receives a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Twenty Lacs) from the Petitioner, the Vardhman Electronics Private Limited shall vacate the shops /show room along with small room currently running in the name of Vardhman Electronics Pvt. Ltd at RZ-117/91, Ground Floor, East Sagarpur, Palam Road, Gali No. 2, Near Sabzi Mandi, New Delhi 110046. The Petitioner and his wife shall allow the Vardhman Electronics Pvt. Ltd to remove all the belongings and fixtures from the shop at the time of vacating the aforesaid shop at RZ-117/91, Ground Floor, East Sagarpur, Palam Road, Gali No. 2, Near Sabzi Mandi, New Delhi 110046. That the remaining amount of Rs.40,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Lacs) shall be paid to the Vardhman Electronics Pvt. Ltd by the Petitioner within the remaining period of six months starting from the date of the present compromise.

That the parties undertake that all the litigations whether civil or criminal filed and instituted against each other shall be withdrawn by them from the respective courts where those are pending. As of now, the following proceedings are pending before the courts between the parties:- i. CS SCJ/1016/2024 titled, "Vardhman Electronics Pvt. Ltd. Vs. Naresh Murara C Anr" before Senior Civil Judge cum RC Patiala House Court.
ii. CS No. 14/2026 titled, "Anita Murara Vs. Vardhman Electronics Pvt. Ltd. "filed by the wife of the Petitioner against the Vardhman Electronics Pvt. Ltd.
iii. F.I.R. No. 314/2024 dated 28-05-2024 P.S. Dabri, U/s 408/34 IPC where the complainant is the authorized representative of Vardhaman Electronics.
iv. Complaint Case No. 8113/2023 filed by the Petitioner against Manoj Jain S/o Tilak Raj Jain before the Court of CMM, Patiala House Courts.

That the Vardhman Electronics Pvt. Ltd shall have no objection and will cooperate the Petitioner and Anita Murara in getting F.I.R. No. 314/2024 dated 28-05-2024 P.S. The parties have agreed to settle all disputes going on between the parties with the undertaking that no further case will be filed by either of the parties against each other in future. 6.
Learned counsel for applicant submits that the abovesaid terms are agreeable to the applicant and relies upon the instructions received by him from the wife of the applicant as well as from his sister, who is present in Court.

Learned counsel for both the parties submits that the abovesaid terms would be adhered to and the abovesaid payment, as agreed between the parties, shall be made through banking channel or demand draft only. 8.
In view of the abovesaid wholesome solution of all the matters, the learned counsel for complainant submits that he would have no objection to the grant of bail. He, however, submits that in case there is any non-adherence of any terms of the settlement by the applicant, he may be given liberty to file application seeking cancellation of bail.

Keeping in mind the overall facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties, albeit, without expressing any opinion over the merits of the case, the applicant is, hereby, directed to be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in a sum of Rs. 50,000/- with one surety of like amount, subject to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate with the condition that the applicant shall not leave the National Capital Region of Delhi, without prior permission of learned Trial Court.
