O.M.P.(T) 1/2017 Issue notice. Learned counsel for the Respondent accepts notice. By an order dated 27.04.2007, this Court had appointed Justice S.K.Mahajan (Retd.), a former Judge of this Court as a Sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes that had arisen between the parties. The Arbitrator had passed an interim order dated 18.10.2012. Unfortunately, the Arbitrator expired thereafter. In these circumstances, an arbitrator is required to be appointed in place of Late Justice S.K.Mahajan. Accordingly, Justice R.C. OMP (T) 1/2017 Page 1 of 2

Jain (Retd.), a former judge of this Court is appointed as an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties. The Arbitrator shall continue the proceedings from the same stage as left by Late Justice S. K. Mahajan. The petition is disposed of.
