At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not press the instant bail application. He, however, states that the complainant is not appearing before the learned Trial Court for recording of his evidence. 2.
Since the petitioner is in judicial custody for last about two and half year, it is directed that the Investigating Officer (IO) will ensure the presence of the complainant before the learned Trial Court. The learned Trial Court is requested to record the statement of the complainant on the next date of hearing, without giving any adjournment to either side. 3.
With these directions, the application stands disposed of. 4.
