The medical record produced by the Applicant, has been verified by the State. As per the status report, the concerned doctor at Sant Parmanand Hospital has opined that the Applicant's surgery is tentatively scheduled for 29th April, 2025, however, the same is subject to re-examination by the treating doctor who shall examine whether the surgery is required or not. 2.

Accordingly, renotify on 1st May, 2025.

Till the next date of hearing, the interim bail is extended on the same terms and conditions as noted in the order dated 21st February, 2025. 4.

Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendent for necessary information and compliance.
