This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:- "a. To Quash the FIR No. 192/2022, dated 09.03.2022, under section 498A, 406 & 34 of Indian Penal Code which has been registered by the Police Station Vivek Vihar, Shadhara, Delhi due to lack of territorial jurisdiction to investigate, and b. To Direct the Respondent no. 1 to sensitized officials at the level of Police Stations, refraining them from acting in haste by registering FIR without considering the place of alleged occurrence of Crime and To pass such further directions as deem fit and necessary in interest of Justice." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the mediation process is going on between the parties and seeks liberty to file a fresh petition after the conclusion of the said process.
