By virtue of the present bail application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) read with Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C), the applicant seeks grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.529/2025 dated 09.12.2025 registered at PS.: K.N. Katju Marg, Delhi under Sections 376/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC).

At the outset, learned APP for the State submits that as the chargesheet has since been filed on 07.02.2026, it is open for the applicant to avail appropriate remedies.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application.
