1. As noted by the Joint Registrar in order dated 20th December, 2023, the Petitioner was served on 09th November, 2023, and through counsel on 10th October, 2023. However, none has appeared for Petitioners since then. The position remains the same even today.

2. Mr. Pravin Anand, counsel for Respondent No. 1, states that the Petitioner also remained absent before the IPAB.

3. The lack of participation by the Petitioner indicates that they are not interested to continue with the present petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed in default and for non-prosecution.
