By virtue of the present application, the applicant seeks to file certain additional electronic evidences.

These, as per learned APP for the State were never placed by the applicant before the learned Trial Court whence his earlier anticipatory bail was dismissed on 03.02.2026.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the applicant does not wish to press the present application and seeks to withdraw the same. 4.

In fact, in view of the aforesaid order passed learned counsel for the applicant fairly seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the learned Trial Court for seeking a fresh application seeking anticipatory bail after relying upon the evidences which he sought to file by way of CRL.M.A. 9153/2026.
