% 02.11.2018 Learned counsel for the appellant prays for permission to withdraw the appeal with liberty to approach the Govt. of NCT of Delhi seeking shifting or closing of the shops in question in accordance with the provisions of the statutory rule where in case of nuisance to the citizens being established, power is available with the statutory authority for shifting or closing of the shops. If the representation is made by the appellant, the respondents / Govt. of NCT of Delhi may consider the same and proceed with the matter in accordance with the law.

With the aforesaid, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Dasti.
