By way of these applications, the petitioners seek to withdraw the contempt petitions inasmuch as a settlement is stated to have been arrived at between the parties.

It is stated by the respective counsel that there are no surviving claims of the parties against each other and the controversy, which is the subject matter of these contempt petitions, stands resolved. The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) dated 20.02.2026 entered into between the parties has been filed as Annexure-1 to the present applications. 3.

In the circumstances, the present applications are allowed. Accordingly, CONT.CAS(C) 181/2025, CONT.CAS(C) 182/2025, CONT.CAS(C) 184/2025, CONT.CAS(C) 186/2025, CONT.CAS(C) 187/2025, CONT.CAS(C) 188/2025 and CONT.CAS(C) 189/2025 are dismissed as withdrawn.
