The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt Court Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers: - "(a) Punish the Contemnors for committing "Contempt" under Section 12 as defined by Section 2(b) of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India for wilful disobedience of judgment dated 04.10.2024 and the Order dated 24.12.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Court in W.P. (C) No. 4643/2021;

Such other/ further order(s) as the Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper in the facts of the case may also be passed." Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that vide judgment dated 27.05.2025 in LPA bearing no. 12/2025, the order dated 04.10.2024 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition 4643/2021 has been set aside.

In view of the same, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 5.

Leave granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of. 7.
