Petitioner is aggrieved with the manner in which her bank account has been freezed by Central Bank of India.

Admittedly, such action had been taken by the Bank on the basis of one communication which it had received from Cyber Cell, Jind, Haryana. 3.
However, it is now informed that such Cyber Cell has already sent another communication to the above said bank directing them to release the bank account from any kind of attachment and, therefore, the account is no longer freezed.

Learned counsel for the respondent Bank also confirms the above said development.

In view of the above, no grievance survives in the present writ petition. 6.
