Crl. M.C. 4784/2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 are neighbours. Petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before the Delhi Mediation Centre, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi vide Settlement Agreement dated 27th February, 2016, therefore, FIR No 53/2013 under Sections 354-A/354-D/506/509 IPC registered at police station Lahori Gate and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court along with her counsel and has been identified by SI Pankaj Kumar of police station Lahori Gate. Mr. Nafis Ahmad, father of respondent no.2 is also present along with her daughter, that is, respondent no.2. Respondent no.2 submits that she has settled the matter with the petitioner of her of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, she is not willing to pursue the FIR any further and the same may be quashed.

Keeping in mind that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties voluntarily and respondent no.2 has no objection in quashing of FIR, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
