The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking the following reliefs: "A. Issue to an appropriate order or direction under article 227 of the Constitution of India for expeditious disposal of case bearing no. E.A. No. 20/2023 title as "Nina S. Kharade vs Shri Sneh Bihari Estate Pvt Ltd. and Ors." pending before the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi within one month;
B. Issue to an appropriate order or direction under article 227 of the Constitution of India for directing the Ld. Tribunal to proceed with attachment of properties of the Respondent Company.
C. Issue any other appropriate writ, order or directions which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case."
