The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeking the following reliefs: "a) Allow the present CM(M) by setting a time frame in light of the impugned order dated 13.01.2026 and the record made available prior to that, viz., legislative intent made clear under Section 38(7) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019; and/ or b) Pass any other order, as this hon'ble court may deem fit and appropriate under such circumstances."
