% 29.01.2018 IA No.1277/2018 By this application certain amendments are sought in the judgment dated 31.05.2017.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner and respondents No. 1 and 2 submit that the court may modify the order to the extent that instead of administration bond and surety, the petitioner may be permitted to file her personal surety.

The prayer is allowed. The order dated 31.05.2017 is accordingly modified.

The application is disposed of.
