Learned counsel for respondent submits that the corporate guarantee filed by her along with the application is having the validity upto pendency of the proceedings and she submits that she be given time to file proper valid corporate guarantee. Let the needful be done in this regard.

Registry is directed that as and when valid proper corporate guarantee is filed by the respondent, matter be placed before this Court for verification of the guarantee.

Respondent shall ensure the presence of Authorised person on behalf of company who may join the proceedings either through video conferencing or by appearing in person in the Court.
