Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ("BNSS") has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0042/2018 under Sections 354A/354D/507 IPC registered at PS: Vasant Vihar and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, in terms of Settlement Deed dated 05.09.2024.

Petitioner has not been troubling her for the last many years and incident being of the year 2013, the FIR may be quashed. 7.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner suffers from Bipolar disorder and has been residing in Andhra Pradesh with his mother and is being supported by his brother. He does not do anything and is fully dependent on his brother.

As per the FIR, while Respondent No.2 and Petitioner had joined classes for IAS in Rajender Nagar, Delhi, Petitioner developed one-sided affection for Respondent No.2 and used to stalk and even sent her incessant messages, which were to the dislike of Respondent No.2. She shifted to Mumbai in the year 2015. It is now submitted that for the last many years, there is an absolute quite and no trouble from the side of the Petitioner. 10.

Considering the nature of allegations and in terms of Settlement Deed dated 05.09.2024, FIR No.0042/2018 under Sections 354A/354D/507 IPC registered at PS: Vasant Vihar and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom stand quashed.

Petition is accordingly dismissed. Pending Application, if any, also stand disposed of.
