Petition under Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0872/2014 under Sections 498-A/406 IPC, registered at P.S.: Dabri, Delhi, in terms of Mediation Settlement dated 17.01.2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner appears through VC. 3.

None is present on behalf of Respondent No.2/Complainant today. 4.

On the last date of hearing also, adjournment was sought on the ground that Respondent No.2 was not available. 5.

Apparently, Respondent No.2/Complainant is not inclined for settlement.

Petition along with pending Applications is disposed of, with liberty to the parties to file afresh, as and when Respondent No.2 / Complainant is available.
