1. The parties are agreeable to the Court appointing a sole Arbitrator for adjudication of the disputes between the parties.

2. Accordingly, the Court appoints Justice R.V. Easwar, a former Judge of this Court (Mobile No. 9560899997) as the sole Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties including their claims and counter-claims. The learned Arbitrator will proceed in terms of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 as amended with effect from 23rd October 2015, fix his own terms and communicate them to the parties.

3. The parties are directed to appear before the learned Arbitrator on 25th April 2017 at 4 pm or such changed time and/or date that the learned Arb.P. No. 41 of 2017

Arbitrator finds convenient which will be communicated to the parties at least one week in advance. The venue for the first hearing will be arranged by the Petitioner and communicated to the learned Arbitrator and the Respondent at least one week prior to the date fixed. The expenses for the hearing shall be shared equally by the parties.
