The applicant in the Bail Application No.654/2026 seeks cancellation of bail granted to the accused in FIR No.308/2022 dated 17.07.2022, registered at PS Narela, for offences under Sections 323/328/506/34 IPC, 1860.

The applicant has also filed two other petitions i.e. BAIL APP.584/2026 and W.P.(CRL) 2298/2023. These are though listed for 11.03.2026 and 27.04.2026, respectively, on the basis of oral request of learned counsel for the petitioner, the abovesaid petitions have also been taken up today.

The next dates fixed therein are cancelled.

Learned Addl. P.P. for the State points out that there is no bail order as such and at one earlier stage, merely, interim anticipatory bail had been granted to the concerned accused and, eventually, such anticipatory bail application was dismissed.

When asked, the Investigating Officer, who is present in Court, submits that that charge-sheet with respect to the on-going investigation of the case shall be filed before the competent Court by the end of March, 2026. 6.
After hearing arguments for some time and on the basis of abovesaid assurance given by the Investigating Officer, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press any of the abovesaid petitions. 7.
All the petitions are, accordingly, disposed of as not pressed. 8.
Pending applications also stand disposed of.
