% 16.12.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the settlement having been arrived at between the parties and the fact that FIR FIR no.67 dated 05.03.3008 registered under Section 498A/406/34 IPC at PS Pahar Ganj has already been quashed in CRL.M.C. 9833/2024 today, he does not want to continue with the present appeal and he may be allowed to withdraw the appeal.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
