% 20.05.2024 File is placed before this Court vide order dated 06.12.2023 for issuance of Letters of Administration subject to petitioner furnishing the court fees/stamp duty and execution of administration and security bond.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that Court Fee, Administration Bond and Surety bond has been filed. Mr. Parikshit Kumar, dealing assistant from SDM Kalkaji is present in Court and handed over the valuation report across the board. The same is taken on record and accepted. As per office note, report from Sub-Registrar is awaited. Keeping the report awaited, fresh notice be issued to SubRegistrar to submit report with respect to order dated 12.02.2024. Renotify on 21.08.2024.
