The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning the order dated 23.10.2017 passed by the Delhi Medical Council (DMC), whereby the registration of the petitioner with DMC has been suspended. The said order was a subject matter of an appeal preferred by the petitioner before the MCI. This Court is informed that the said appeal has also been rejected by an order dated 08.01.2018.

In view of the above, the present petition alongwith the application is

disposed of by permitting the petitioner to file an appropriate petition challenging the said order.
