After some arguments, Mr. Ravi Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present bail application, with liberty to approach the learned Sessions Court, after the examination of public witnesses.

Mr. Hitesh Vali, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submits, upon instructions, that the charges have already been framed. He further assures the Court that the prosecution will cooperate in the expeditious examination of the public witnesses.
