Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Pradhan Sundar Braja for quashing the Criminal Complaint Case being CC No. 226/3, New Number 531328/16 and Order dated 08.09.2015, passed by the Court of learned ACMM (Special Acts), Central Zone, Tis Hazari Courts, New Delhi and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned Counsel on behalf of the Petitioner, submits that this Petition has become infructuous as the Respondent No. 1/ROC has already withdrawn the Complaint before the learned Trial Court.
