Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 365/2024 of PS Anand Vihar for offence under Section 498A/406/34/509/377 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto has compromised the disputes with the petitioners.

On being pointed out the obnoxious allegation of sexual misconduct in the FIR, learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

The petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
